Roger Adair was born in Redwood City, California and raised in Sacramento. Married for over 20 years, with two teenage daughters, Roger’s world outside of bail bonds revolves around his family. In his work, Roger is dedicated to helping his clients get through their difficult time with a prompt release from jail and by providing thoughtful support and information to help ease their minds. Roger knows the right things to say and do – and the right people to talk to – in bail bond matters.

Prior to getting into the bail bonds business, Roger spent four years in the Navy as a firefighter. He served our country in Desert Shield and Desert Storm until he injured his knee in the Gulf War and was discharged as a disabled veteran after serving 4 full years. This accident ended his firefighting career, yet launched his career as a family oriented ‘can do’ bail bondsman.

A licensed California Bail Agent since 1992, Roger has 18+ years of experience developing excellent working relationships with all court personnel, district attorneys, criminal defense attorneys, judges and law enforcement he works with. Exceptionally dedicated to serving his bail bond clients and their families and friends from beginning to end , Roger’s ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude is positively reflected by his record of satisfied clients who were quickly bonded out of jail!
